[vc_row full_width=”stretch_row” gap=”30″ css=”.vc_custom_1587792764643{background-color: #0a0a0a !important;}”][vc_column width=”1\/6″][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”2\/3″][vc_column_text]Fondazione In Between Art Film<\/strong>\u00a0was founded by\u00a0Beatrice Bulgari<\/strong>\u00a0in 2019 with a cultural programme focused on the role of contemporary moving images and the support of international artists, institutions, and research centres exploring the dialogue between different disciplines.<\/p>\n

The Fondazione investigates the boundaries of\u00a0time-based media<\/strong>\u2014film, video, performance and installation\u2014through commissioned projects, acquisition programmes, and institutional collaborations.<\/p>\n

The permanent research platform\u00a0STILL \u2013 Studies on Moving Images<\/strong><\/i>\u00a0was created to extend our commitment to the field of theory, building a growing archive of texts about the works in the Fondazione\u2019s collection and the artists that we support.<\/p>\n

Moving images are an extraordinary tool for understanding the world around us: they move us, rouse us, inform us, and make us think.\u00a0Fondazione In Between Art Film\u2019s main mission\u00a0is to support the visions of artists who work across boundaries, creating new languages and overcoming the barriers between disciplines<\/i>. \u2014 Beatrice Bulgari<\/p>\n

The Fondazione furthers the work of the production company In Between Art Film which, from 2012\u20132019, produced video works for dOCUMENTA 14 in Kassel, the Italian Pavilion at the Biennale Arte in 2017 and 2019, Manifesta 12 in Palermo, Serpentine Galleries in London, and the Biennale de l\u2019Image en Mouvement in 2016 and 2018 in Geneva. The Fondazione\u2019s commitment to the culture of moving images is also reflected in its support for the film programming of Museo MAXXI in Rome, Tate Modern in London, and Lo schermo dell\u2019arte in Florence.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/6″][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/6″][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”2\/3″][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n
